We add a $5.00 processing and handling charge to all orders. |
| Shipping Charges: |
Most of our products ship for free. However, we do charge for shipping on some of our products. Please see the guide below for a list of our products and their shipping policies.
We always charge shipping to Alaska and Hawaii addresses.
We only ship to US addresses.

All products marked with the free shipping logo will ship for free. This if for standard ground service to addresses in the continental 48 states.

Free Shipping With Folders

All products marked with the free shipping with folders logo will ship for free as long as they are ordered with a product that is marked for "free shipping". This if for standard ground service to addresses in the continental 48 states. If these items are not ordered with a "free shipping" product, you will be charged our standard ground rate to your shipping address.

Paid Shipping
|
You will be charged for freight on all products marked with the "paid shipping" logo. You will be charged our standard ground rate to your shipping address.

| Same Day Shipping: |
Most orders for stock items will ship the same day if ordered by 3:00 PM Central Time. |
| Expedited Shipping: |
If you need expedited shipping services, please contact customer service for rates and availability. |
| Lead Time: |
Unless otherwise noted, our orders will ship via standard ground service. Please allow 3-7 business days for transit time. |
| Returns: |
To make a return on any Stock Item(s), you must call us to get authorization prior to shipping any merchandise back.
The Customer is responsible for the expense of shipping any returned merchandise back to us.
You will receive credit for all full boxes returned, less any Re-stocking Fees as detailed below, (No Partial Boxes Will Be Credited).
All returned merchandise must be in resaleable condition. "Stock Items" may be returned within 30 days of purchase without a Re-stocking Fee.
Beyond 30 days of purchase date there is a 15% Re-stocking Fee.
After 90 days from the date of purchase we will not be able to accept the return.
Orders for any Custom Merchandise are Not Subject To Return unless we have failed to follow the specifications submitted at the time the order was placed.

| Wrong Merchandise: |
If you receive an order that is incorrect, contact one of our Sales Associates who will arrange to quickly re-ship the correct item(s) and pick up the incorrect merchandise. This will be done at "our expense". |
| Damaged Merchandise: |
All Damaged Merchandise must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. |
